• 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, with juice
  • 1 (6 oz) pkg apricot or peach flavored jello
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed


  1. Place the pineapple in a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in the jello mix until completely dissolved. Remove to a bowl, and chill until partially set, about 1 hour.
  3. Stir in buttermilk, and chill again until thickened.
  4. Fold in whipped topping, and refrigerate until firm, at least 4 hours.
