- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs white sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp celery seed
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 (8 oz) packages coleslaw mix
- Whisk red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed, and green onions in a salad bowl until sugar and salt have dissolved.
- Toss coleslaw mix with dressing. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours.
